Led by our CEO, Chris, alongside our co-founder and Story Development Officer, Molly, and Madison, our Director of Operations, our team is passionate about helping organizations unlock their full potential.

Chris Owen
CEO & Founder
With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, Chris has dedicated his career to helping leaders and organizations thrive. At OwenCoSolutions, he combines his expertise in leadership coaching, team development, and cultural alignment to empower leaders to unlock their unfair advantage and create high-performing teams. Chris’ background as an executive and coach allows him to bridge strategy and personal growth, ensuring that a leader’s success isn’t just professional—it’s transformational.
Chris’ unfair advantage is his ability to listen to leaders and hear what others don’t, solve problems, and create empowering culture. He is known for his relational approach, helping leaders and teams articulate their vision and align around a shared, cultural language.
Celebrating 30 years of marriage, Chris and his wife, Molly, are proud parents of two married children and grandparents to Rowan. When not working, Chris can often be found outdoors—hunting, fishing, or competing in sporting clays.

Molly Owen
Co-Founder & Story
Development Officer
Molly brings 25+ years of experience in education and content and story development, which not only lends support to the solutions side of the company, but expands into telling the stories of our clients and their organizations, by articulating key principles they can impart to future generations of leaders.
In addition, Molly is equally passionate about helping people grow, learning something new, and living in a manner that is both healthy and eco-friendly. If she is not working, spending time with friends and family, or reading a good book, you will find her traveling or enjoying outdoor adventures.
Molly’s unfair advantage is her ability to curate and communicate meaningful stories that move an organization forward.
Madison Owen Gadd
Director of Operations
Madison has played a key role in building our organization as she brings years of successful experience in various project management and director roles, including areas of professional development, organizational advancement, and crisis management.
In her spare time, Madison is the queen of finding thrifted treasures. When she is not out looking for a unique find, you will find her party planning, dabbling in interior design, or hanging out with her husband and Goldendoodle Goose.
Madison’s unfair advantage is her ability to get things done and to get it done right. She is an organizational wizard who specializes in bringing order out of chaos.
